Danilo (Dan) Arangelovich of Valley City, Ohio, age 85, passed away in June.  He was born in Chicago, Illinois, to parents, Sreten and Violet Arangelovich, who precede him and sister Danica (Mitch) Krnich. Dan was the beloved husband of Mildred “Mickey” (nee Trivanovich) for 53 years; dear brother of George (Danielle), loving father of Tina Gardner and Gerald; cherished grandfather of Nathan, Nicholas, Elizabeth, Joshua, Kaden, and Alexis. He was a wonderful uncle, great uncle, and great-great uncle to several, and a great friend to many.  

He was very well educated with a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, eventually becoming Director of Engineering for Abbott Labs.  He was also a US Army veteran.

Funeral service was at  St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Cathedral on Broadview Road on Tuesday, June 18, 6306 Broadview Road, Parma. Interment was at St. Theodosius Cemetery.
